Thanks! Just trying to know what our options are that’s all. We had a flight booked Tuesday but cancelled (even though none of us had tested positive…just didn’t want to take the risk) and now just looking to see how much time we have to play with and what options we have if we cannot fly before visa expires.

Ok! Thanks. Our children played with another kid on Friday who tested positive yesterday. We were meant to leave on Tuesday but have now postponed our travel because of being exposed. Our visa expires Feb 20th so we still have time, but trying to figure out options to prevent an overstay situation.

so we’d have to leave and apply for a new visa (TR or dependent) outside the country! Hopefully by next summer travel and embassies will be somewhat back to “normal”!

no I don’t plan to work these next ten months. Taking ten months to just study Thai. But next year, after 10 months…will be hoping to applying for work permit.
