Immigration has nothing to do with the LTR. And passive vs active income has nothing to do with it being taxable or non-taxable.

It's emailed to you. You print it out and they stamp it at thr airport when you arrive.

It's really not that complicated. They are just asking what embassy you're applying at. The Evisa just collects your information/documents and sends it to the Thai embassy in your country to processes your visa.
