What should I do if I encounter reckless drivers in Thailand?

Another episode of Bad Drivers Thailand:

Reckless drivers in a BMW almost crashed into me tonight while driving on the footpath. No license plate but fortunately I got their faces on camera. I tried confronting them but they just started barking at me very aggressively (like it was my fault I was walking on the sidewalk).

Police said they'd "look into it" but I'm not going to hold my breath. BMW drivers usually have connections here.

I heard they got a ticket for parking in front of a fire hydrant.

There is a truth in there though. There are some shitty BMW drivers in Phuket, like they own the roads!
