I would guess about 30 % is either vaccine free or planned to holiday with one...so large minority ruthlessly discriminated against without any science backing that up. Vietnam makes zero distinction so kudos to them.

sadly yes. Hopefully though without the hotel delays it maybe a lot quicker. I heard the hotels confirming bookings slowed the process down
