Hey guys, I just started a page for the group. A page is a better platform to share articles and news posts, that way we can keep the group clear for questions and discussions. Please give it a follow.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A member has initiated a new page for the group, arguing it allows for better sharing of articles and news, keeping the main group focused on questions and discussions. However, some members express concerns about the necessity and effectiveness of creating another page, citing the existence of similar pages and questioning whether fragmenting the group's interactions is beneficial.

I'm not sure fragmenting this is really necessary or will help. This group, 14.2K members. That page (early days, ok) 225 people. Just my 2c.

Pages have more of an ability to reach outside the group. Since it's a closed group, posts cannot be shared. This would allow things that an important announcement, topic, or post to be easily shared with other over messenger, Line, or other FB groups.
