Thai vietjet online check in. Anyone else have issues with it? Says can't find my booking.

OPThanks guys, figured it out. I wasn't putting the first letter of my middle name on my first name (since my first name and my middle name are 2 different fking things). Summited the lookup with just my last name and it found the booking. Aaaand flight delayed 45 mintues, cnx-bkk

It won't let you check in if flying to Vietnam as staff need to physically check documents and onward ticket, especially foreigners

yes, also experienced that but at least you can check in via ticket machine and then go to bag drop with domestic. With international you have check in at the counter even if hand luggage only. I'm not sure if the Thai Nationals are treated the same though.Garrett ***********

I flew to Hong Kong last month from chiang mai and didn't have to check in at the desk, downloaded my boarding pass and made it to the gate. They did manually check me at the gate though. Could be country specific.

they also don’t allow me online check in. Go to manage my booking and see if you can retrieve it
