TLDR : Answer Summary
The recent visa on arrival ban in Thailand has been canceled, resulting in no current restrictions on visa exemptions or visa on arrivals. Community comments express skepticism about the stability of these decisions, reflecting on the frequent changes in policies and concerns regarding health and travel amid the ongoing COVID-19 situation.
I'm sure they would have gone ahead with the restrictions, but as usual money comes first. Apparently only 69 people have been tested for the corona-virus, i think this is a little doubtful. It's my guess, and it is just a guess, Thailand's going to get a lot worse, with them conducting so much business with China, it has to.
