VIETNAM:

Just an fyi, Grab is suspending all services by order from the government for 15 days in Vietnam. All restaurants have also been ordered to stop take out and delivery services in DaNang until the 15th of April. Police are going door to door to restaurant owners and telling them to close. Big C is almost empty.

WTF. Not everyone has a kitchen. Not everyone has mobility. Some people are at great risk if they go out to get food. This is extremely scary.
