I wonder if anyone heard this story that came out last week, I probably doubt it. These are the disgusting sub-human things that really should have a special place in hell reserved for these people.

"Big" is a common nickname in Thai, as is "Joke", although I have only seen it used together for this guy. He must be somebody special because every time he farts, the news writes about it.
Judging by this report, I think we're about to see what he's been up to for the past two years. He was behind an anti corruption drive that made him quite unpopular amongst Immigration officers. He was making some headway when he was removed from his position.
