Is the Bangkok Bank app currently down for customers in Thailand?

Yes that is right. I have a passbook and an expired ATM card. I never go to Udon Thani anymore and would like to set up my banking in Bangkok to get ready for retirement. I have heard it is near impossible to change branches with the same account. But does having this account make it easier to open another account. I want to build up funds for retirement.Garrett ***********

Only way to know is to go ask the branch. Each one is different. In Bangkok I always recommend Krugsri, I find them to be the easiest to open accounts with.

I have krungsri, it's working fine. But for future reference, I always like to keep a few thousand baht in cash on me, and a little more in my condo. You never know when stuff stuff will stop working. Even in the US, credit card systems go down occasionally due to weather.

This all Bank have sometimes in Night and now often for Computer update because the work with Windows 7.
