Why are tourists stuck in quarantine in Thailand asking to go home?

Reasonably, all covid related healthcare and quarantine costs should be paid by a self funded fund, which tourists pay into. The lettuce can go up of needed, but take care of everything.

The insurance doesn't cover anything unless you're sick and it's medically necessary.... This isn't. It's just a big bill for people who lost their vacation.
