There is no proof of accomodation in the country you're applying in-criteria in the application.

You can upload proof of accomodation in Thailand, but that is irrelevant for the DTV visa.

The embassy just needs you to prove that you are in the location you are applying in.

No you don't. You can technically stay 180 days and not do the report, as long as you don't need anything from immigration, like a certificate of residence to buy a vehicle or similar.

There is no 90 day extension. Your stamp is valid for 180 days, not 90.

It only applies to travelers from high risk countries, and you can just say No.

Go to one of the neighboring countries with an embassy and apply there.
