What does the new medical certificate requirement for entering Thailand entail?
Embassy in Penang post this today. Don't know what the "medical certificate" is supposed to say on it as offical government announcements are as usual, lacking of any useful information and incomplete in thought, but if I were to guess I'd say it has something to do with the virus.

About applying for a Visa for thailand , FROM OUTSIDE THAILAND ,so a thai doctor can't issue it for you and it also has nothing to do with entering Malaysia .
There are no Thai consulates INSIDE THAILAND.

.... read it again. It's for getting a visa to enter thailand.. so how the hell do you get a medical certificate from a doctor in Thailand if you are outside Thailand applying for entry??? Ffs
