- I don't need a visa to get a bank account, I need a bank account to get a visa. I know that. I just wanted something to show the bank that I'm working to get a visa, someone suggested it before. Garrett ***********

You don't need any visa to open a bank account, and immigration won't give you a certificate of residency without a Non-immigrant visa. Reply to
