Yeah I haven't done one (or my landlord) since 2021

How do I reapply for a retirement visa in Thailand after returning from abroad?

In the future, you can apply for the reentry permit anytime. Some people buy one at immigration when they get their yearly extension, the reentry permit is good for the length of your extension.

As for you, you'll need to start the processes over again, apply for a 90 day Non-O at immigration.
