TLDR : Answer Summary
The original post asks if a person can obtain a visa on arrival (VOA) in Thailand after their tourist visa application was denied and they have a return ticket scheduled for after 95 days. Several comments indicate skepticism about the possibility due to embassy refusal, requirements for proof of onward travel within 60 days, and the specific rules regarding visa on arrival, particularly for Italian citizens.

And in case you described your itinerary as being 95 days, this was a mistake. You should have entered an intended departure date leaving Thailand within the first 60 days after arrival. If they would have asked you to show a flight ticket, you simply could have bought a cheap air carrier one-way ticket out of Thailand like Bangkok to Siem Reap for 40 Euro as a proof

I have been to Thailand many times, the last time last year I stayed 60 days at the airport. I had a visa run in Cambodia with a 30-day extension since the rules got complicated. I asked for a visa at the Czech embassy in the country where I live and it was refused without any explanation. I have had many visas with them years ago and I am definitely in their system Italian passport system. I repeat, I already have tickets but the return is after 90 days. Because I want to go to the Philippines and Vietnam, I am afraid they will not let me enter, this and all.

did they give you a reason why the rejected? Did you write your name wrongly? Did you not upload everything that is requested? Was something missing? You should go for some good English. "Understund" is actually "Understood".

actually not in this context - it should have been understand - not understood. you can't mix present and past time. Then it should have been "we would have understood" - but since he uses present it's "we can understand" and variations thereof - for example "we would have been able to understand"

First, I doubt you qualify for visa on arrival, which is where you pay for and apply for a visa at the airport and only available to a small number of countries.

Second, the fact that the embassy denied your visa should tell you something.

Third, one of the legal requirements for both a tourist visa and visa exempt is proof of onward travel leaving Thailand within 60 days. Even with an extension you can only get a maximum of 90 days and you probably won't even qualify for a 30 day extension. So a ticket out after 95 days is obviously a problem.
