Hopefully I can get some guidance here and this is not a repeat question ... I have searched but ......

I am on a Non O retirement visa using a bank deposit ... vs a pension.

Can I change banks if at all times I maintain the minimum THB400,000 deposit in the post 3 month period of my visa extension. ... as in I initially have two accounts with THB400,000 plus in them and then drain the old to fill the new.

So at my next renewal I will have statements from two different banks covering the 12 month period but collectively meeting all balance requirements.

Logically that seems ok to me but I know the system has its own intricacies!

Do you also get an overstay stamp with 1day overstay ?

Is it true kids under 15 can stay on a tourist visa indefinitely, there is no fine or banning for overstaying on exit? We arrived on tourist visas, I will extend mine but there's no point in paying to extend his if I don't need to. He's 5 years old.

Can somebody please clarify the requirements and entry process for 60 days exempt entry? I've seen some places where they state you have to have 10.000 baht to show, others say it's 20.000. I've also heard about some document you need to fill out in order to get a QR code. What else? Do they ask for an onward ticket and/or proof of acomodation? I entered Thailand in September with the free 60-day visa, then I did the 1-month extension and my extension ends on December 23.

I plan to go to Laos for 2 nights and then return to Thailand and I would like to know when I return to Thailand if it is possible to have a tourist visa or would I have a free 60-day visa?

If you have a sponsor, like your father or boyfriend, for a tourist trip to Thailand, do you still need to provide your own bank statement as a Filipino?

Hello guys, previously, I entered and exited Thailand and obtained a 2-month tourist visa for the second time. Now, I want to extend it again to travel more, but the only option I know about is annual language schools. Is there any other solution for 3-6 months?

Do you need a TM30 to do the 90 day check-in? I've been staying at various hotels throughout the country.
