1. Minimum 40k monthly from Thai job with work permit.
2. 400k in Thai bank in my name seasoned correctly.
3. Foreign sourced income of 40k monthly verified by Embassy.
These are the requirements at my local Office Jomtien. They are also the requirements at several others offices. The same requirements are posted on the main Thai immigration bureau website.
Nowhere have I found an office that allows foreign sourced income using a year bank statement of 40k monthly international transfers without Embassy verification. As the UK does not issue income verification letters any more are my only options banked funds or Thai income?

I am Iranian and currently in Thailand with a one-year student visa. If I want to apply for the Thailand DTV visa for next year, do I necessarily need to return to my home country, or can I apply from neighboring countries as well?
Hello my name is andre, i have been planning on moving to thailand for the past couple years and I think it's finally time to take the leap. Would I be able to take six months to a year of thai language classes out in town underneath the education visa and then leave the school once i'm completed with the program to then attend school at chulalong? Im a veteran and would like to use my gi bill. In my head, i would be underneath a student visa, but they would just have to change the details underneath my file. When it came for immigration. Or would they look at it like i'm applying for a second student visa... And start putting up a fuss and start scrutinizing and asking questions, regardless, they'll ask questions. Does anybody here know anyone or anything about the possibilities of approval for this visa strategy.
