Sounds like a complete waste of time and money. Your native language and passport hold more weight in south east Asia compared to your educational background. Most countries legally require a 4 year degree, Vietnam requires a "teaching certificate" for non educational degrees, and a TEFLE is sufficient which costs $100 and can be done online in an hour.
University teaching positions in Thailand require a Masters degree, and there's almost no market for mental health/psychology education in SEA.
