Hi A quick query ,Do the TM30 need to be filled in every time I return to Thailand and stay in my house or dies my wife need to do it

I am on a non O visa which I just renewed. I don’t have a multi entry stamp and we are trying to plan a trip to Lao. Can I get a re-entry stamp driving across at Nong Khai or do I need to get it in Khon Kaen immigration where I do my visa stuff? Can I get it based on a date we are planning or do I have to go the day we are leaving?

Is the DTV, 10k baht for every 180 days? Also do you need to leave every 180 days?

Hello, I need help and advice about the DTV. I'm 61 and living in Krabi. I want to apply for the DTV with the medical option, but am getting the run around from my online agent. It seems that I'm getting a different person every time I use the chat (Line) app for a question, and the requirements list keeps changing. Who has had success with the medical option, and where did you get your info?
