Departure testing for Thailand is <72 hours before boarding 1st leg. If my transit time inc. layovers is 41 hrs, does it matter?

Can anybody tell me what is the problem with KLM they are doing my head in changed 2 of my flights 1 outbound from Amsterdam to Bangkok this is ok but on returning they have cancelled my transit to norwich at 9am and put me on a flight at 4.30pm which means a 10 hour wait in airport. This is the first and last flight with them normally fly with Emirates from Stansted but they are not currently using this route 😡😡😡
