Hotel direct booking

I used Agoda, no problems at all. Some mentioned that you should refrain from using booking.com because they don't go along properly with government Sandbox guidelines.

Mine was via booking, I just sent the hotel a message via the system and they sent me a link to the confirmation doc to use for the Thai pass, no issues at all

just cancel the booking and book direct with the Hotel in these times

Pain for you. Best bet now to e mail hotel for confirmation and re-submit just in case. Does seem silly when they accept Agoda. Think the hotel like to have the money with them before they issue confirmation. Good luck

Use Agoda

It's already been Said not to use booking. They broke some rules

Always contact the hotel directly. As well as airline tickets. The odds of them giving you a refunded are much better that way.
