the AOT fast track just let's you use the express lines. The Safe entry pre qualifies you (they send your passport info to immigration when you apply, and they'll tell you if they cant admit you entry or not).

I do in my wallet, since I've stopped carrying my man bag on me though I keep my wallet in my bike and just carry my phone with me in the mall.

Is it acceptable to use a Wise account as proof of funds for a DTV visa in Thailand?

First of all, Wise has a $200k transfer limit. 2nd, transfers and holding money in your wise account are 2 different things. 3rd, yes there's tons of people have have their accounts frozen and lose their money, join the Wise FB group.
