Do you prefer getting re-entry permits at immigration or the airport? Or is the difference so minuscule that it doesn’t matter?

Hi just a quick question if you overstay 1 - 5 days how long does it stay on your record or does it get wiped off after so many years???

My mom has been staying with me for the past 50 days or so. We need to extend for 30 days due to the flight situation in the Middle East.

My landlord hasn’t submitted a TM30 for her.

Is the TM30 needed for extension in Bangkok? If so is it possible to submit it this late OR would it be better to check into a hotel for a night before extension (if that’s a solution).

If you go on holiday for a few days and stay in a hotel obviously the hotel will file a TM 30 .Does your IO know that this has happened and may require you to do a new TM 30 when you return home or just not bother ?

Is it possible to apply for 2 single reentry Permit at the same time ?

I'm on NON B Visa, I planning 2 trip out of Thailand with 4 days in Thailand in between.

For me it is NOT worse buy Multiple Reentry Permit unless 2 single reentry Permit are not allowed in the same time, and I not have time to go Immigration to apply for a second Reentry Permit in between the 2 trips.

I did my first TDAC last September no issues pretty straight forward . This time I’m staying at a few different places I don’t remember there being like additional Boxs for address 1 address 2 address 3 etc or am I wrong I’ll be picking the gf up in Pattaya day 1 then going to Koh Samet for 4/5 days then back to Pattaya for 12 days ? Hi, may I ask how you handle the 60+30 day visa? Do you book your return flight directly for departure in 90 days? What happens if the extension isn't approved? On the other hand, I don't want to book my return flight for the 60th day if I plan to stay for 90 days.
