yep and most just read the travel warnings it is the main thing that pops up, they don't scroll pages to find visa info

yeh not many bother with that site as it mostly post travel warnings. Not many go scrolling through to find the requirements. I personally ignore it and don't know many that use it.

there is information on the Thai embassy Canberra and Sydney consult websites but nothing from Australia government

no it's not VOA it's a visa exempt stamp only not a visa. VOA you pay for if from a country that must have a VOA
