I'm describing my experience applying for a DTV visa in Poland.
I submitted my application on July 17th, and they asked for additional documents on July 18th, which were completed on July 21st, and approved on July 22nd. Family visas were approved within 4 hours of submitting the application.
I recommend the Thai Embassy in Poland 🤗
Documents for the main application: passport (all pages),
current photo,
employment certificate with position and scope of remote work responsibilities,
employment contract,
Polish ID card,
and three-month bank statement with the final balance.
For family members: the same, plus children's birth certificates, marriage certificate, and sponsorship letters.
I’m wondering if anyone can help us, my husband and I are both UK citizens and have been here in Thailand for nearly 3 months.
We got married earlier this month and will be applying for DTV. Our visas expire on July 30th so will need to leave Thailand to apply for our DTV.
We have our legal Thai marriage certificate, does anyone know if this is ok to use as proof for me to join him on his DTV or does the certificate need to be translated back into English?
We will also add our 3 young children to the DTV as well.
My yearly extension of stay for non-O marriage ends Sept 4th.
I’ll leave Thailand next week and come back end of August 20th, by plane.
Then I’ll leave Thailand again Sept. 16th to my home country (Germany) and come back in November.
What will happen August 20th when I enter Thailand (by plane)
1. with a Reentry Permit: Can I stay until September 19th (after expiry Sept 4th of my extension of stay)?
2. without a Reentry Permit: Will a get a normal 60 day visa-exemption stay ? (I understand that the extension of stay becomes invalid)
Thanks in advance.
Background:
My travel schedule makes it difficult to do the extension as usual b/c my travel collides with the timelines for application and ‘under consideration’ period.
So my idea is to get a new Non-Imm o visa (marriage) multi-entry yearly in my home country before returning in Nov.
The visa itself shouldn’t be a problem. I clearly fulfill all the requirements and did it a few times before .
Can someone please confirm that a re-entry permit can be purchased and used for a 90 day Non-O visit Thai family visa. I may need to leave and re-enter within the 90 days. I do understand that the visa will still expire 90 days after first entry.
I have a quick question. I am applying for a non o-ED visa for my daughter online, but I couldn't find which option to choose in the purpose of visit section of the non o Guardian visa application for myself.please help me
I got my DTV Visa! Thanks, everyone, for all the help. Now... I need to get my wife and kids. Question, on the visa they ask for "document indicating current location" for my wife, she has a driver's license from our address from 15 years ago, not our current address (AZ drivers' licenses last until you are 65 so having the same ID even when you move is very common) We do have a water bill in her name. Do you think this will work? Second question, how do I prove this for my kids when they have no ID or bills in their name at our address?
Im looking for information, if my family have non o based on my work permit and when I exit the country to apply for another non- B from another school… do i re apply for them too or i go out apply for non B myself only then extend with them
