honestly I think he did the best job he could minus the part where he should've told me not to waste my money. 100% an ethical failure not a technical one.

I am mostly deaf. Went to a hearing aid doc got tested, recommended a device, I spent over 100k. After I asked for help adjusting the device because I couldn't follow conversation in a bar. They said "oh no, your ears are fucked and a hearing aid won't fix it!"
