Moved into new place and I think the homeowner is clueless as to her obligations regarding TM30. Can someone give me some direction on how I can help her to help me so this gets taken care of? I've heard it can all be done online- maybe a link? Thank you.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion revolves around helping a homeowner understand her obligations regarding the TM30 reporting, as she was supposed to notify immigration within 24 hours of a tenant moving in. Several suggestions are provided, including using an app called Section 38 for online reporting, obtaining necessary documents to assist her, and the potential for her to face fines if the requirement is not met.
Well she is liable for a fine if she doesn’t get to know it fast. She is supposed to report it within 24 hours of you moving in. Can all be done online by her with a copy of your passport and landing card.
In the past I have taken a copy of the house book, rental lease, photo copy of the landlord's passport signed by them and done it myself. Alternatively, you can use a hotel or agent and mis-report your address.
