How can I help my homeowner with the TM30 reporting obligation in Thailand?
Moved into new place and I think the homeowner is clueless as to her obligations regarding TM30. Can someone give me some direction on how I can help her to help me so this gets taken care of? I've heard it can all be done online- maybe a link? Thank you.

I helped a Thai lady with this its very easy to make an account in her name and register yourself, section 38 app

Well she is liable for a fine if she doesn’t get to know it fast. She is supposed to report it within 24 hours of you moving in. Can all be done online by her with a copy of your passport and landing card.

In the past I have taken a copy of the house book, rental lease, photo copy of the landlord's passport signed by them and done it myself. Alternatively, you can use a hotel or agent and mis-report your address.

Keep in mind anything under 30 days rental is also illegal and she can be fined basically for running a hotel
