Make sure it works in Thailand. I just found out, that they cancelled all the cards in the Philippines.

Scott Ramsland Yes, very limited. The limit is now 0, because all cards are cancelled.

Transfer yes, but he didn't do it with a card registered in a Filipinos name. The cards were canceled the 20th of September.

Creating the account isn't an issue. But your first transfer is going to be slow as they are doing the authorizations and protecting themselves to make sure everything is legit and not a scam on your end.
