Can I extend my Education visa in Thailand beyond 12 months with a 15-month program?

Despite the meant reasons my language school visa experience was a bit shady, I find myself feeling tempted again.

I was told I could only do one Ed visa once. The school is telling me there is a program where they can do a 15 month program for someone who has already done 12 months.

Any knowledge of this?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user expresses uncertainty about the rules regarding the Education visa (Ed visa) in Thailand, noting a previous shady experience with it. They mention being informed that they could only obtain one Ed visa but are hearing about a 15-month program from a school that might allow them to extend their stay after completing a prior 12-month program.

if they tell you they can do it knowing you already did a year, they probably can. Whether it's shady or not is ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿปโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿปโ€โ™‚๏ธ

it's most likely 3 months ED visa and 12 month extension either 12 months at once (definitely sketchy and a red flag as only university students can get this) or 12 months of extension every 90 days.
