because if they aren't where they are supposed to be, ie taking a random off to their destination, and they get a call they could be fired. The boss tells them where to go. Why risk their job when they can get paid to ignore you?Jack ****************

They aren't a business though. They work for the airport which is semi government owned and run. When has anything remotely government been worried about being efficient or making money.

It's something you have to go ahead of time. It's an add-on for Fast Track entry.
