What should I do if my eVisa payment is showing as pending, but my bank has already processed the payment?

trying to get my tourist visa for my return next month and getting a weird behavior from the evisa site. Hoping someone has some helpful insight... I get to the payment, put in my info, hit submit, and it reloads the front page of the site. I log in again and it says pending payment again. My bank shows it already paid. I've gone through the cycle twice already.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is experiencing issues with the Thai eVisa website where their payment appears pending despite being charged by their bank. Several commenters suggest solutions such as waiting for the payment status to update, checking for browser cache issues, and ensuring that ad blockers are turned off. Others share their experiences of similar issues with the eVisa system, indicating that it can take time for payments to reflect on the site and recommending that affected users contact the embassy for further assistance.

The EVida is hit and Miss,When we had the Thai Consulate in Toronto Canada 🇨🇦 I could drop my application-fee-flight-passport off 11am and would have my visa next day 11am.(Consulate closed during Covid)E VISA states that it take 10-15 days to approve.Last yr it’s was 5 weeks and constantly requesting documentation already sent. Why not allow 90 or 180 days upon arrival depending your length of Airline ticket.JMO

Yeah I had the same, it redirects to the home page after paying. There should be a “payment successful” page.

what did you do to solve it?

nothing. The payment was taken and the payment receipt was showing in dashboard. I think it’s just the way they have setup the website. 🥴

Make sure you turn off all ad blockers etc. Mine went through 3 times (according to my bank) for payment but they reversed 2 without me asking.

It can take a few hours to show on the Evisa site

If your bank is saying it's paid then I'd give it a few days to post on the site
