Are plains still landing at bkk?

EDIT: I had a typo in the original posts and all of the "no plans in Thailand" jokes got boring. So, lets see what fun you can have now. I hope the jokes are... intricate.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The conversation primarily revolves around whether flights are still arriving at Bangkok's airport (BKK) following recent events. Most comments confirm that planes are indeed landing, easing concerns about flight cancellations. Some humorous exchanges play on the typo between 'plans' and 'planes'. Additionally, there are warnings about potential travel difficulties from the airport due to disruptions, but the overall sentiment reassures that air travel remains operational.

Do you mean manmade plains or natural plains?

Plains? No, sorry, maybe try another city. I’m afraid Bangkok has implemented a new screening technology at the airport.

I have PLANS to be on a PLANE to BKK, but that's a week from now. I appreciate all the good info I see from this group.

And I also appreciate the entertainment factor. (Sometimes)

You do know the epicenter of the earthquake is in Myanmar…we felt aftershocks in Thailand. It’s a lot more devastating with more damages in Myanmar.

Yes. But there might be problems travelling out from the airport as the highways are not in operation and public transport is recovering from the shocks.
