TLDR : Answer Summary
The standard 60-day tourist visa for Thailand is typically a single entry unless otherwise specified. To obtain a multiple entry tourist visa, one must select this option during the application process and pay an additional fee. The visa will indicate whether it is single or multiple entry, while the stamp itself does not provide this information.

Unless you specifically chose "multiple entry" on the visa application and paid like $300, you don't have a multiple entry tourist visa.
The visa itself would say single or multiple entry, the stamp wouldn't say anything because the stamp isn't multiple entry even if the visa is.
