Does the letter of invitation require a certain format? I am currently in the phase where they just keep declining my visa and asking for the exact stuff I just sent and I respond that I just sent it and then they ask for some slight alteration.... so aggregating.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The format for a letter of invitation for a Thai visa does not adhere to a stringent guideline but can vary. One user shared that a handwritten note on a notepad sufficed for their visa. The contents should generally include a straightforward request, personal details such as names, dates of birth, passport numbers, and the requester’s contact information. Another noted that the letter should ideally be addressed to the Thai consulate or embassy and signed by the inviter, personalized to include relevant details specific to the visa type being requested.

The letter sent to me by my partner was written in Thai', on a page out of a notepad and was acceptable.

Been using the same letter for a few years now, just received my new TV visa for my next visit.
