Hello everyone,

I’m preparing my visa application for Thailand and I have a question about the required documents.

I understand that:

* Point 4 requires the flight ticket/travel booking confirmation.

* Point 5 asks for proof of accommodation in Thailand, such as hotel bookings or an invitation letter from family/friends.

However, I’m unclear about Point 3, which states: “Document indicating current location.” What kind of document is needed for this? Would it be proof of residence, a utility bill, or something else?

Any advice or examples would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Should I put my home address AND Hotel in Vietnam here or what do people do for this? Hello! I am wanting to extend my 6 month METV for myself and 1 year old daughter. Our final stamp expires on the 24 December so want to get it done soon I suppose! Is it just a matter of filling out the form I have seen online and heading to immigration ? Do they need to see an onward ticket for an extension? Is there any chance we could be denied (have never had an extension before) thanks!

Hi, I'm planning applying for a DTV from KL. So I'll spend a couple of weeks in a hotel there. Does anyone know if an invoice/receipt from the hotel is sufficient evidence of being out of the country? If not, what evidenec would work/

I know it depends on the embassy, but I wanted to get some advice on my application for work Remote Work Visa (DTV). I just started a new job as an HR Manager on October 19, 2024, working fully remotely, mainly handling recruitment.

I’ve put together all the required documents for my application, including:

• NOC and Employment Certificate: Both outline my position, joining date, salary, and confirm that my work is fully remote. They also state that my company has no objection to me applying for the DTV visa to work from anywhere.

• Job Description: Highlights my remote recruitment responsibilities.

• Hotel Booking and Flight Details

• Bank Statements, Resume, and LinkedIn Profile: Showing my background, including freelance work and years in recruitment.

Since I’m new in the role, I don’t have a transaction from them yet to my bank . Do you think this is enough to make a strong application? Any tips or suggestions would be really appreciated!
