Non-OA you need 800k (or the equivalent curreny) in a US Bank account. It can be in investment accounts. Not sure how they do the income method honestly.
Depends, if you're using under the table visa mills you probably could get as many as you want. If you're applying for an ED visa at an embassy outside thailand, generally you're limited to studying Thai language for 1 year. Different languages, Muy Thai, university programs don't have that limit.
-There's no limit on the number of ED visas you can be issued.
- Visa on Arrivals cannot be converted in country. I assume based on your profile you'll eligible to enter Visa exempt (they're 2 different things).
- The Non-OA can only be obtained in your home country. It is a 1 year multiple entry visa that requires health insurance.
-The Non-O does not require health insurance but requires 800k baht in a Thai bank account. The Non-O is also only 90 days, then you apply for a 1 year extension. If you want to leave, you need to buy a reentry permit. My personal opinion, the Non-OA is the easier visa if you're still in your home country.
As long as you have the receipt you're fine. Only time you need to re-report yourself to the same address is when immigration gives you a hard time about it.
Drivers licenses in every country are issued by the government. You think some lady that rents a shophouse down a soi in Phuket can issue you a drivers license legal in every country in the world? Come on.
