How many days did it take for your DTV visa application to be accepted after submission? Also, on what day did you typically have to submit any additional documents, if required? Thank you in advance.

I have just returned from a three week visit to the Uk. Does my next 90 day report date from the last one or from the day I returned?

How does the 90 day work while you constant on the move - so basically - every day or week stay in another hotel/place?

Does the reception need to give me the tm30 or something else?

We have a dtv already for a year and it works easy with a rentalcontract. Now, we are moving soon for the rest of the 4 year that is left from place to place.

Thanks.

My TM 30 says it's valid till 2026 Feb. If I leave Thailand and re-enter next week, do I need to apply for a new TN30?

I recently consolidated 500k baht into one bank account. Should I wait three months before applying for the DTV visa (cooking class), or is it okay to apply now? By the way, I plan to apply from Vietnam.

Hello all, Is it possible to deposit the 800,000 baht requested for the retirement visa into a foreign currency account (US $) or ın an interest-bearing baht account? I might have missed ıf this detail has already been talked over. It is necessary to protect the inflation value of the money. Thank you for your answers in advance. 🙏

Hello,

My visa, which I applied for in Cambodia last month on June 10th, has just been approved.

I'm available to answer any questions you may have.

Thank you.

Hi all

I’m moving to Thailand next year.

It sounds like my best option is to get a non immigrant O visa, move to Thailand, open a bank account with proof of residence, and then apply for a marriage visa?

Does this sound right?

UPDATE:

I received the e-Visa just 3 hours after submitting the Invitation Letter. Had my wife write/sign/date, included copy of her Thai ID and pages from family house book.

THANKS FOR ALL THE HELP!

Re: Non-O e-Visa, I received an email from the Los Angeles embassy requesting an Invitation Letter from Immediate Family.

I searched the group for “invitation letter”, and while I found helpful posts, none I found seem to match my situation.

My wife has been living with me in the USA for 10 years, and now we are moving to Koh Samui. We will be renting at first, but do not yet have an address. Her family is in Khong Chiam (Ubon).

Any suggestions on how to write the letter? From my wife and hotel or friend’s address? From family in Ubon and their address?

Thanks, this group has been a tremendous help to me thus far.
