Can my son extend his 45-day visa in Chiang Mai using my address?
I live in CM and my son is in Thailand on a 45 day visa and will be in CM soon and would and would like to extend his visa here.
Will he be ok to simply declare my address on extension form with a copy of my tm30 receipt

If you are renting then within 24 hours of him arriving, your landlord needs to register him. If you own your condo, and he is staying with you, then you need to register him within 24 hours of him arriving. He can not use your TM30
