Did the I.O check for your UPDATED (did they check for the due date of your last tm30) TM30?

Hello, a couple questions about the 90 day report:

I'm on non-o visa since mid February, extended to 1 year in mid May (spouse of Thai citizen), and now believe I am due to notify the kingdom this weekend (first report). However, I recently traveled internationally and reentered on August 3rd.

On the immigration site's 90 day report form, at the bottom is an important note that reads, "If a foreigner leaves the country and reenters, the day count starts at 1 in every case". That means I don't have to bother with doing the report, right?

Second question: if I leave for more than 90 days and come back just before the visa expires, do I still need to do the report, or would I lose the visa, or what happens?

"Everything Else" question.

I have a couple of extra dollars and I was considering buying gold. Does anybody know if there are requirements to report to the government? I have bought a baht here and there, and I never had to show a passport. Do the gold shops report the purchase if it's over a certain amount?

i just came back from Malaysia to Thailand with my Non O Retirement Visa. When i should start doing my 90 days report and where i can do it online?

Triple checking here…LTR visa issued one year ago tomorrow (original stamps March 21). I left Thailand and re-entered a few weeks ago. Do I still need to report tomorrow?

Hello! I got one-year retirement visa on June 17, 2023. I left Thailand in July 2023. I have just come back March 12.

Do I have to show up at the Immigration office to signal my presence? Or just wait for approximately June 17 this year for another visa?

Hi, 90 day report question here. I understand it must be done between 15 days before and 7 days after due date. I am scheduled for february 4th. Does that mean I can leave Thailand on february 7th without reporting ? Thanks for enlightening me

Hello. My 90 day report is due a day or two before I leave to fly back to Australia for a number of months. Is it at all possible I can skip doing it and not mess things up for my retirement visa extension renewal when I get back. Appreciate any advice. Thanks.

do I need to do report where I'm staying? if so how do I do it ? (like they do at hotels).. is it necessary to do now or only before I extend?

A quick question if that's OK. I'm on a 1 year Non O retirement visa. My first 90 day report is due in a few weeks. Can someone please confirm that this has to be done in person. I'm in Chiang Mai so will use the drive through facility. What documents will I need aside from my passport and TM30.
