Jason, from your profile it appears you're American, which get Visa exempt entries (Not Visas on arrival) which is a good thing for you.

You're on overstay, which is bad. Worse that its going to be a 3 week overstay by the time immigration opens. The good news is you're eligible for a 30 day extension. You'll have to pay probably a 20k baht overstay fine plus the 1900 baht extension, but you shouldn't get in any trouble beyond that.

I don't believe a "7 day extension denied" stamp changes anything related to incountry visa processing.
