Yes, the ministry of labor enforces minimum wage requirements for foriegners.

Also, the minimum wage does not apply to teaching positions.

Sweden doesn't border Thailand, you couldn't have entered Thailand by land

Nope. Certificate of residency or yellow book, medical cert, copy of passport data page and visa page, copy of driver's license. If you're renewing car and motorbike license make 2 copies of everything.

You need a certificate of residency or yellow book, and a medical certificate. No test for renewal

You don't need anything. The school might assume you're trying to get them to sponsor you for an ED visa, but if you don't want an ED visa you don't need one.

It's not a guide either. There was a law in the 1980s that limited tourists to 180 days per calander year, but it hasn't been a law or guide in over 20 years.
