I just did my first 90 day report in Ubon Ratchathani and I was completed in 5 minutes. I handed my completed TM47 and passport to first desk, they told me to go to the next officers desk. They checked passport and stamped a receipt for 90 days. There was NO CHARGE for this. I took a heap of documents with me but didn’t require anything else.

Ubon Ratchathani Immigration is the best. They made this very simple.

Hello all?! I am on a Non-O retirement Visa.

I returned from a foreign trip on December 2nd with the re-entry permit.

My landlord filed the TM-30 for me on December 3rd.

My lease expired in October and I found a better apartment that I'd like to move into on February 1st. That new landlord will also file another TM 30

My question is when do I do my 90-day report? It's a bit confusing. Thank you.

With the tm30 and tm47 I’m wondering if anyone rents a very cheap place so use then hops around living anywhere? These forms don’t look fun unless you are happy where you are and staying long term.

This is my first entry into Thailand using a DTV visa. I plan to stay in Thailand for 60 days and then travel to another country for a week. Since I won't be staying in Thailand for more than 90 days, I don't need to submit a TM47 (90-day report). Even in this case, do I still need to obtain a TM30 from my accommodation? Or, since I don't need a TM47, I don't need a TM30 either?

TM61

I recently heard about TM61 is required for filing of 90 days reporting and this is different to TM30. Can anyone share information about what this TM61 is about and who and when we will need this?

Hi guys,

I am due for my first 90-day reporting and I have a question about the process. Can I just show up to my nearest immigration office anytime with my documents, or should I book an appointmnt first? Thanks.

I entered Thailand yesterday for the first time with DTV at DMK. I received the DTV soft power with Arun Thai cooking in Hanoi. I gave the IO my passport and printed out DTV e visa. No questions asked. Stamped me in for 180 days.

Thanks for all the useful posts and comments from this group.

RENEWED PASSPORT - MID EXTENSION - 90 DAY SIGN ON/VISA RE-ENTRY PERMIT

I am based in Bangkok hold a Marriage Visa (extension) and re-entry permit in my original Passport - I recently returned from a 3 week UK and completed my TM30 and TDAC on my passport - however I have now obtained a new UK Passport.

When completing my TM47 I believe that I complete it with my new Passport number/details but take my old passport with me and provide copies of both?

Do I have to submit a new TM30 to reflect my new passport number or do I submit the one raised on my re-entry to Thailand?

Do I get my Visa and re-entry permit transferred to my new passport now or wait until I am due to submit my next annual extension (May/June).

Thank you in advance

Completed my first 90day check in. It was pretty easy.

Quick tips:

1. Fill in paperwork before getting there. You can download forms from immigration website.

2. Go before noon on Monday or Tuesday. Less of a crowd.

Took no more than 20 min.
