Question regarding 90-day report. My husband is on a Non-B visa extension and he's done his first report in person at Chaeng Wattana back on March 11. We did an online report last week on June 6 (2 days in advance of the June 8th due date) and saw that it was rejected just this morning. TM30 is up to date and there's not really a reason stated on why the report was rejected. The only reason we could think of is maybe the "Arrival Date Thailand" on the TM47 application. He entered on a visa-exempt tourist stamp August 8, 2023, which was then extended to October 6, 2023. Afterwards, his company applied for Non-B inside Bangkok which was granted til December 9, 2023, which they then extended until December 3, 2024. So ever since arriving back to Thailand on August 8 last year, he hasn't been out of the country. Could this arrival date be the reason why the 90-day report is being rejected? Should we be inputting the last date of when he did his 90-day report instead in the "Arrival Date Thailand" portion? Thanks.

Hi all, wondering if anyone is having a similar experience with imigration? Both my wife & I have long term retirement visas and have had for over 3 years. We have left & returned to Thailand a number of times. During that time we have successfully done our 90 day reporting online. Our visas were renewed in April 2024 and at the same time imigration renewed our 90 day reporting. We have just been rejected for online renewal and referred to the imigration office here in Phuket. They are telling us that because we were out of the country in January we need to resubmit our address details even though we have been living in the same property since we received our original visa and they issued the last 90 day clearance in April after we returned to Thailand from the trip which they are telling us has triggered the need to reconfirm our address. We are being told that we will need to resubmit confirmation of address every time we return from overseas even if we are returning to the same, continuously rented, property.

Has anyone else had a similar experience?

Thanks in advance for any information.

90 days reporting questions

I did my online reporting on March 5, 2024 so I am suppose to do this again before June 5.

However, i went outside the country and returned back to Thailand on May 8, 2024. i assume i only need to report again on Aug 8, 2024.

However i received an email for TM47 reporting reminder for June 5 today. should i just ignore the email or just go ahead and do the online reporting?

Thank you in advance for the reply.

Have the rules changed around the TM47 online application recently?

Just got rejected with

β€œFor first-time requests of a 90-day notification in each country visit, in-person presentation at the immigration office is required.”

For the last few years I’ve always been able to submit online even on the first notification.

EDIT: For the record, I had my landlord update my TM30 online, then re-applied for TM47 online. Same error. So for now it seems you definitly have to go in-person for first notification, at least in Bangkok.
