I goofed. I entered Thailand about 92 days ago. I am on a retirement visa and I forgot to do my 90 day check in. I just went down the condo office and they told me they don't do that anymore.

A) How much of a problem is it, that I am a few days late

B) What do I need to bring with me to immigration office. I own the condo, do I bring the house book? deed?

C) Can this be done online? Got links?

PS, I use Pattaya's immigration office.

I am about to take a trip to Qatar for 6 days, I have a re entry permit, when I return do I have to report to immigration with a TM 30, and if so do I have to do it within 24 hours?.🙏😊

Just adding a data point. Arrived in BKK, we had to fill out TDAC, the TDAC asked for leave date and airline flight, we picked a random one about 6 months from now and filled that in. When we went continued through immigration and got stamped no questions were asked, we simply gave them our A1 printed out visas and was stamped for 6 months.

Is there any additional forms, or reporting needed on our end if we plan on staying 6 months?

I'm coming to Thailand with my family on a dtv visa soon. We'll be in Samui. Could we do the 90 day reporting locally? Pardon the ignorance, but what does the full process look like? 🙏

90 day report on line TM47.

I have applied twice, once 13 days early and second time 8 days early. Both have been rejected because ' application must be 15 days before notice date' .... duh ??? whats happening here?

just a recap:

-before flying to Thailandia i need to fill online the tdac

-when i rent my condo I need the t30 receipt from the landlord

- before 90 days staying I need to go to the immigration office to fill the t90 (after the first time it's possible to fill it online).

anything else bureaucratic to do?

I’m arriving Sept 10 on my DTV. I plan on staying 6 months and will be looking for a condo to rent. I have 2 Airbnb’s set up for my first week while I look for permanent condo. My question is I know I have to do a 90 day report and I keep hearing about a Tm30 do I need to get this from the 2 Airbnb’s or do I wait until I get my permanent place?

Simple question. What is the difference between a TM47 and a TM30

Hello everyone, couple months ago I got my visa in Jakarta. Got it in around 7 working days, I recently saw you need to do location reports every 3 months.

My question is:

Do I need to report every 3 months after I got my visa or the 3 months start counting after the last time you left the country? I got the visa June 26th but left the country July 27th. TM30 report must be done in September or October? Thanks in advance

Hi, I have just done my first 90 day report o line ( have already down my 1st in person at immigration). My question is, I had an email straight back from them with a TM47, printed that out, now what?? Confused! Thank you
