Yeah- that's what they gave me. I thought they were filing online. I did that a couple days after I arrived. I am hope immigration will take pity on me for being a dumb farang.

Yeah.. Rent a room from somebody. The told me to do the TM30, go see an office manager, I did. The office manager charged me 200 baht, took a picture of my passport, filled out some stuff online, printed out some document. I thought they did the TM30 for me. But I guess I was suppose to also file some paperwork.

I have heard rumor that people only buy one month. You assume all risk but its really a matter of how well your documents are checked.

How much did the K-1 cost you? How long does it take? Are the requirements a huge pain?

So is having covid extension in your passport a bad idea? What if I leave the Thailand for a couple of weeks then come back? I was thinking I would do a covid extension after my visa extension.

My return trip was 63 days but my visa was only good for 60 days. I flew Singapore. I think they may check the other requirements.. Maybe not. Why not get a visa?

How much crap do you have? What can't be bought here? (US style can openers are difficult to find).

Also, customs has never checked my bags. I see some people bring in several HUGE suite cases, not saying they're Indian. I don't think anybody will care if you're bring in used stuff. Its when you try to bring in 12 laptops that things get difficult to explain.

Try asking the hotel. I know when I book with Agoda sometimes they hotels will have more than one name.
