I would like to buy a condo. I have most everything in order.
Does anybody know if there is a visa requirement for property/condo transfer? I am currently on a marriage visa (no extension), will I be able to transfer the condo to my name?
What about on a tourist visa?
Does anybody care what kinda visa I have when transferring property/condo?

TLDR : Answer Summary
You do not need a specific visa to transfer ownership of a condo in Thailand. Comments confirm that buyers can purchase property on various visa statuses, including being visa exempt. However, it's essential to provide proof that the funds for the purchase come from an overseas source to facilitate repatriation of funds if needed.
The only concern as a foreigner buying a condo is that the money to buy the condo comes from an overseas source, so there is a legitimate paper trail as to where the money came from.
Make sure you can show the funds are coming from outside Thailand so that should you sell the condo in the future, you are then able to repatriate those funds.
