I would like to travel around Thailand November 1. I live in Pattaya and fully vaccinated. However, my Thai travel partner has only her first vaccine and not expected to have her second until middle of November.

Are we able to get into:

Krabi?

Koh Samui/Koh Tao?

Koh Lipe?

Anybody know?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user, a fully vaccinated individual traveling with a partner who has received only one vaccine dose, inquired about entry requirements for Krabi, Koh Samui, and Koh Lipe in November. Comments indicated that Krabi permits entry with either vaccination proof or a negative COVID test. The status for Koh Samui and Koh Lipe was less clear, with suggestions to check updated guidelines in local travel groups.

To enter Krabi province now, you need vaccine OR covid test. So she should be able to enter with a negative test result.

I know Phuket if you're not vaccinated you need a negative covid test to enter, not sure about the other islands. Chiang Mai if you fly in they do the free swab at the airport that comes back in 5 minutes.
