TLDR : Answer Summary
For expats in Pattaya needing travel documents like a fit-to-fly letter or negative COVID test for returning to the USA, options include visiting local 7/11 stores, Memorial Hospital, and checking the CDC website for the latest testing requirements.

Recently flew back. Suggest he visits the CDC website on accepted tests, but as of a few weeks ago a negative test, not a fit to fly certificate was required.
