Where can I find a photo studio for U.S. passport photos in Pattaya?

The U.S. Government is fickle about their paperwork. They require a true "passport photo" 2" x 2" (25cm x 25cm) and real photograph paper.
Does anybody know where I can get that done in the Pattaya area?
