What should I do if my Thaipass registration status can't be found?

Twice I have completed the Thaipass. Both times when check the status the system tells me it can't find the registration. 

The second time I completed the process, immediately I checked the status, it found the registration, told me it was pending.  A couple days later I check the status and it tells me that it can't find the registration.

Anybody know whats going on with that?

Do I need to wait certain amount of time before I complete the process?

I did this process in November. It was recommended to me to email and/or call. I did both and after talking to the Thai pass people, I was approved within 30 minutes. Maybe this will work for you.
