How do I obtain the Letter of Qualification Endorsement from the BOI for my LTR Visa application while in my home country?

LTR Help please.

I am in my home country, Houston Texas, and I am applying for the LRT Visa, from my home country Washington DC.

**The application asks for "4 . Letter of qualification endorsement issued from Thailand Board of Investment (BOI) (valid for only 60 days since the date of issue)"

How would I get that if I am not in Thailand?

I thought all I need were a couple of recent w2's?

Do I upload those?

I read the fine print... I guess I don't got the big bucks I thought I did.  I could delete this post but I know many will enjoy the trolling.

Why are you trying to apply for a visa you don't qualify for? You have an entire application process you have to complete with the BOI before you can even consider applying for the visa itself. You don't need to be in Thailand to receive an email from the BOI. You're going to need a lot more than some W2's. You haven't done your research very well.

You have to go to the boi first and apply there to get the letter. Then use it to apply for the visa.
