What are my options for extending my volunteer visa in Thailand and what is the two-month Pandemic visa?
U.S. Passport holder. My volunteer visa will expire in November. I am shopping for options. I am in Pattaya.
My agent said I can renew volunteer visa for $$$.
They also said there is two month Pandemic visa that is good until December? Anybody know anything about that?
What other options are available?
I hoped to travel to the US in November or December and come back to Thailand 6 weeks later, probably through a sand box.
Any thoughts?

Answer summary
A U.S. passport holder currently in Pattaya is seeking options for extending their soon-to-expire volunteer visa and is inquiring about a potential two-month Pandemic visa. They hope to travel to the U.S. in November or December and return to Thailand afterward. Comments suggest that an extension for the volunteer visa is available through an agent for a fee, and mention the current availability of a Covid-related extension until September, although further extensions may occur.

Currently the Covid extension is available until 27th September. Although most think it will be extended we won’t know for sure until close to that date.

50,000 - you know someone in the Pattaya area offering a better deal?Terary **********
OPI think I paid 70 for the original but that included multiple entry. As soon as I paid and started the process I saw prices for 30-40.. But I know these guys. I think you're right about it being safe

@Ter***
I've heard them 40k-75k baht for 12 months. 50k is probably a safe price. Will ************
Once you go on the unable to travel/return home due to Covid route as soon as it gets withdrawn off you go.
